CommerceBlitz OMNI Integration Privacy Policy

CommerceBlitz OMNI Integration (“the App”) provides warehouse and order management functionality (“the Service”) to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account in order to provide the Service:

  • Orders: order details including order number, items purchased, fulfillment status, customer name, email, shipping and billing addresses, and phone number.
  • Products: product titles, descriptions, SKUs, variants, and associated data needed for catalog and stock management.
  • Inventory: stock quantities and location assignments in order to maintain accurate counts.
  • Locations: Shopify location details for mapping to OMNI warehouses.

We do not collect payment card details or sensitive personal information from your customers.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the personal information we collect to:

  • Import orders into CommerceBlitz OMNI for fulfillment management.
  • Sync fulfillment updates, including tracking numbers and shipment statuses, back to your store.
  • Import products into OMNI for centralized catalog management.
  • Sync inventory quantities between OMNI and your store to maintain accurate availability.

This data is used solely for providing the Service and to ensure accurate operation of the App.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not share Shopify data with third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon or Walmart) or with unrelated third parties. Any marketplace integrations available within CommerceBlitz OMNI occur separately from this App and do not involve data exchanged through the Shopify connection.

We may share personal information only when required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to lawful requests for information, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Data Retention and Deletion

When you uninstall the App, CommerceBlitz OMNI immediately revokes Shopify access tokens and stops all synchronization jobs. Merchants may request deletion of their Shopify data stored in OMNI at any time by contacting support@commerceblitz.com.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and as required by law.

Your Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that it be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us using the information below. Please note that data will be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States, in order to provide the Service.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, operational needs, or legal and regulatory requirements.
